But sometimes, even the best stories need an edit. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as clear, fair, and supportive as our global community of families, teachers, party-goers, and dreamers deserves.
🎯 Quick Summary: We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the error was ours.
📜 Our Return & Exchange Promise
We stand by the quality of our costumes. You can return or exchange an item if:
- It’s the wrong size or style.
- It has a manufacturing defect (we’re so sorry if this happens!).
- It’s not quite the character you envisioned.
Please Note: To ensure hygiene and fairness for all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn, washed, or altered costumes.
- Items without original packaging and tags.
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective).
- Any item damaged due to customer mishandling.
🛠️ Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected]. Use the template below to make it super quick!
- Get Your RMA: Our friendly team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack It Up: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all tags and accessories. Place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our adventure headquarters:

- Timing: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will only charge any price difference and new shipping costs.

🎭 Defective or Incorrect Items
If we sent the wrong item or there’s a flaw in the craftsmanship (a loose seam on your Historical robe or a missing tentacle on your Sea creature), please contact us immediately! We’ll cover the return shipping costs and rush you a correct, perfect replacement.
