We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your costume’s journey to your doorstep!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges: The Grand Finale
Your satisfaction is the grand finale of our show! While we pour creativity and care into every costume, dreaming you’ll love your whimsical Fairytale Creature or hilarious Inflatable Avocado as much as we do, sometimes even the best stories need an edit.
🎯 Quick Summary: We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We stand by the quality of our costumes. You can return or exchange an item if:
- It’s the wrong size or style
- It has a manufacturing defect (we’re so sorry if this happens!)
- It’s not quite the character you envisioned
⚠️ Important Exceptions
To ensure hygiene and fairness for all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn, washed, or altered costumes
- Items without original packaging and tags
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
- Any item damaged due to customer mishandling
This includes special orders from any of our themed collections like Historical, Fairytale, or TV/Film costumes that have been personalized for your specific needs.
🛠️ Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected]. Use the template below to make it super quick!
Our friendly team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5 business days), we’ll email you to confirm the status.

💸 Refunds: Getting Your Gold Back
